Here's how our drop shipping program works...

1. First you must fill out our online application form here.

2. We will contact you shortly thereafter with the results of your application.

3. Providing all is in order and your application is accepted, in order to establish an account as one of our drop shipping representatives, we will need you to sign and fax us a copyright policy declaration that you will only use images and content from our website for the duration that you are one of our drop shipping representatives.  As well as a formal agreement of the wholesale cost that we are supplying you the rings for.

4. Next we will contact you either via email or phone to discuss what advertising material you need to start selling our wholesale gemstone rings.  Most images and content you can find on our website, else we can provide you with a more extensive digital media kit including pictures of our Ring Collection without watermarks.

5. At this point it is up to you to start finding your own customers and selling !

6. After your customer makes a purchase, you collect the payment and mailing info from them.

7. Then you pay TheRingShop.com the agreed upon wholesale cost of the gemstone rings, along with the customer's name and address.

8. After receiving the order from you, we mail the product directly to your customer, with YOUR store's name on the package.

9. Rest assured we mail all orders Express Post using the Canadian Postal Service, all order's are fully insured and include an Online Tracking # for the package.  After we send the order to your customer we will email you the online tracking # which you can then forward to your customer.
