- Coverage begins from the date of purchase.
- Eligible for one replacement per ring, per customer.
- Covers loss, theft, or accidental damage (including bending, breaking, or scratching beyond normal wear).
- Replacement ring will be identical to the original (subject to material availability).
- Customer is responsible for providing proof of loss/theft if requested (e.g., police report for theft claims).
- Normal wear and tear, intentional damage, or loss of individual stones/components are not covered.
- Replacement shipping costs are covered by The Ring Shop.
