This is the Resize Service for The Ring Shop.
Please note that this service covers our shipping and packaging fees, service fee and any import fees we will need to pay to ship out your new ring. Your actual new resized ring is completely on us.
1. Confirm with jeweller your actual ring size (if safe to do so!)
2. Avail Resize Service for number of rings required
3. Reply or reach out to our contact our service team with the following:
a) New Resize Order Number
b) Original Order Number
c) Ring Design and Colour (if applicable)
d) New Resize Required
e) Changes to Shipping Address (if applicable)

We offer an easy Resize Service in the event that your ring does not fit on arrival. You may contact us in case a resize is required.
How long will it take for my ring to arrive?
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery, including crafting time and international shipping. However, in our experience most orders arrive in under 2 weeks.
